1. Information We Collect

To operate effectively, the Bot collects and stores specific data points provided by the Discord API. This data includes:

• Discord User IDs & Tags: Used to identify you across servers, track your game statistics, virtual economy balances, relationships, and birthdays.
• Discord Server (Guild) IDs: Used to track where the Bot is installed, manage server-specific backups, and identify server owners.
• Audit Log Data: When the Bot joins a server, it briefly reads the server's Audit Logs solely to identify who invited it.
• Command Usage Statistics: We track which commands you use to generate personal stats via the /stats command.
• User Preferences: Your selected language and your Direct Message (DM) opt-in/opt-out status.

2. Message Content Privacy

We do NOT log or store your chat messages.

The Bot has the "Message Content Intent" enabled strictly for specific functionalities, such as interacting with the Support Ticket system. Once a command is completed, the content of your message is discarded.

3. How We Use Your Data

The collected data is stored locally in secure JSON format and is used exclusively for:

• Maintaining leaderboards and virtual economies across servers.
• Ensuring the correct functioning of roleplay commands and relationship statuses.
• Providing customer support through the ticket system.
• Restoring server backups exclusively upon the Server Owner's request.

4. Data Sharing and Security

We do not sell, trade, rent, or distribute your personal information. All data is securely hosted on fps.ms and is only accessible by the Bot's lead developer for maintenance purposes.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as you interact with the Bot. If you wish to have your data permanently erased, you can open a support ticket using the /ticket command. Upon request, your data will be purged within 48 hours.
